On July 24, 2026, I posted a review regarding my 2025 Certified GLC AMG 43. I did not hear anything from the dealership. Then, on July 28, 2026, I noticed that General Manager Jose Silva had replied to my review, asking me to contact him to discuss my concerns. On July 29, I called the dealership several times asking to speak with Mr. Silva. I was told he was in the dealership, and I left him a detailed voicemail with my name, phone number, and requested a return call. As of 9:00 p.m. on July 30, 2026, I still have not received a phone call. I have been a loyal customer for years, purchasing vehicles from this dealership as well as the former family-owned dealership in Greenland, NH. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I once experienced is no longer there. It’s disappointing when a public response asks a customer to reach out, yet that effort is not reciprocated. Jose Silva, you have my phone number from the purchase of my vehicle, and I also left it on your voicemail yesterday. A simple return call would have demonstrated that customer concerns matter. These issues were first brought to the attention of my salesman, Cavan, and I believe they should have been addressed much sooner.

I purchased a GLC 43W4 on Jan 14, 2026. Found the listing online. Checked the Carfax, showed nothing major on the report. The sales person Cavan Pahlavan was awesome to deal with. Car was clean and one owner. I asked all the right questions, who was the original owner and why they traded. Cavan told me one of his regular customers wanted a larger SUV. Finance dept was very different to deal with, Very Pushy, Tried to Make You Feel Like an Idiot for NOT BUYING ALL OF THE xx THEY PUSH! I don’t drive this car daily, I live in Maine and use it on my time off to go to CT about every other month. Had some issues with sensors and the sunroof is a nightmare, comes and goes. Took it to our local MB dealer to have sunroof repaired. On the way the transmission started to act up. After 2 days in the shop the sunroof was reprogrammed and the transmission was not able to be reprogramed and kept getting worse and Mercedes told my local dealer to replace the transmission. The vehicle has only 14K miles and I purchased at 10K Certified. Received a copy of the Master Vehicle Inquiry from my Local MB dealer and this car has had many issues like the sunroof, sensor issues etc. Long List. In the report it is noted the Original Owner received a REPURCHASE DEMAND. The original owner received Customer Retention Allowance to get out of this vehicle. I WAS CLEARLY LIED TO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Called my sales person Cavan, explained the issues with the vehicle. This was on a Wednesday and he could get back to me on the following Monday, he was off on Thursday, called him on Friday. I told him this dealership was to big not to have a manager deal with me and see if they would take the car back. He called me back and said the General Manager said absolutely not and I would have to deal with Mercedes Benz directly. I would have expected the manager to call me directly! BEWARE BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND GROUP ONE AND MB CERTIFIED! CARFAX DOESN’T ALWAYS MATCH THE MB INTERNAL REPORT! I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE WITH THE INTERNAL REPORT! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MB WITHOUT THE INTERNAL REPORT! MERCEDES BENZ MANCHESTER LIED TO ME!!!!!
