I was taken care of by Mr Smith. Mr Smith was attentive, professional and courteous. He provided me with detailed information about the service I was about to receive. When he looked at my pertinent demographic information, he offered me State inspection and provided me with cost information. He made me feel like a person and not like another one as is usually the case in auto dealerships, but at the same time gave clear and accurate information about what to expect.All in all Mr Smith is the best example of customer service at its best.

We were traveling from California and had some engine issues with our 2021 Sprinter Van. The Manchester dealership’s service department was able to get us in the day after I called which was a huge relief. Not being from the area, I waited while the issue was diagnosed and fixed. The customer lounge was very comfortable, complete with complimentary hot and cold beverages and snacks. The Wi-Fi allowed me to work while I waited. Service writer , Mike Cramer , took all my information quickly and accurately. I explained the reason I was there and was asked to wait in the customer lounge. I was informed during the service so I understood what was going on , not left in the blind . Work was done in a timely matter. Most Mercedes dealers I used in the past were not as customer oriented. This was a great experience . As an extra surprise we were offered pizza while we waited in addition to all the snacks that were already available.

Extremely accommodating. The Sprinter team got me in for an appointment within a week where the dealer in Maine where I live couldn’t for at least 2 months. Manchester Mercedes approximated my wait time exactly and were able to do several recall repairs as well as replace my O2 sensor in an extremely reasonable time. The waiting room is comfortable and staff very friendly. I’ll be bringing my business there in the future for sure!
