They then proceeded to tell me things that were not truthful so I had to correct them on that. Not too impressed with the communications from the service department or my service advisor. This was my first visit to service here. By not impressed I mean the lack of communications. 0. Nada. Zilch, unless you want to consider automated texts a form of communication that lack content. I had to reach out for status. Although my issue was resolved so I cannot blame the technicians for this review, I do blame the service advisor and how long it took

Samantha - my Service Advisor was courteous and efficient in answering my Q and getting a loaner. The service techs sent me a video of their inspection of the tires and undercarriage which was helpful.

Had a great experience at this dealership. We live 2 1/2 hours away from a Mercedes dealership so it’s a commitment to service our Sprinter. They understood my situation and did a great job expediting my B Service to get me back on the road to my family before the weekend rush hour began. The staff was incredibly friendly and the waiting room was chalked full of good coffee and snacks- pretty huge for a guy like me. I’ll look forward to my next visit.

Service department advisors are all excellent however , a couple of their techs lack integrity and customer service skills. If you like to leave your vehicle and be stressed out about who will take it for a joy ride or even drop it off for several days on a recall and not get the work done , then this is the place for you. Service manager in non existent like dinosaurs as well. Don’t waste your time.
