I was in the car business for 45 years and have owned 6 S Classes. I've had dealing with almost every dealership in town. I brought my car in for a warranty issue. They changed some parts in the front end, and said you're all set. Not only did not fix the original issue, they created a new vibration in the front end on the highway. It's been there for over 10 months of the last 12 months. With no end in sight, it just sits with nothing being done. One excuse after another.

Honestly the worst dealership experience overall I’ve had out of dozens. Let me make it clear that the sales department was a 10/10, absolutely zero issues, & honestly probably the best or close to the best sales experience I’ve had. I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience buying a GLA from Mercedes-Benz of Manchester.
I purchased the car on 1/12 and was told it had been fully serviced (oil, and filter, air filter, battery, tires), would be state inspected, detailed, and delivered with a full tank of gas.
When I picked it up on 1/14, the gas tank was empty, the interior wasn't detailed, and the windshield was chipped. I also suspected the brakes and wipers were not good. I started to wonder about it actually being inspected. I was told the crack/chip and a full tank of glass ... Read More

Overall it was a good experience. Wait time was FAR less than other dealerships we’ve dealt with. Low pressure. Definitely not good about negotiating but prices on used cars are pretty much in line with other dealerships.

Zilch, unless you want to consider automated texts a form of communication that lack content. I had to reach out for status. Although my issue was resolved so I cannot blame the technicians for this review, I do blame the service advisor and how long it took

Samantha - my Service Advisor was courteous and efficient in answering my Q and getting a loaner. The service techs sent me a video of their inspection of the tires and undercarriage which was helpful.

Had a great experience at this dealership. We live 2 1/2 hours away from a Mercedes dealership so it’s a commitment to service our Sprinter. They understood my situation and did a great job expediting my B Service to get me back on the road to my family before the weekend rush hour began. The staff was incredibly friendly and the waiting room was chalked full of good coffee and snacks- pretty huge for a guy like me. I’ll look forward to my next visit.

Service department advisors are all excellent however , a couple of their techs lack integrity and customer service skills. If you like to leave your vehicle and be stressed out about who will take it for a joy ride or even drop it off for several days on a recall and not get the work done , then this is the place for you. Service manager in non existent like dinosaurs as well. Don’t waste your time.
